Every coating comes with a written Prizm warranty for the length of the coating: 5 years with Essential, 7 years with Premium. After your coating we email you a care guide with everything below.
The warranty covers passenger cars with factory clear coat, up to five years old when coated. Commercial vehicles aren't covered, and it doesn't cover stone chips, scratches, swirls or accident damage.
Marco and Jesse are both authorised by Prizm Coatings to install their coatings. It's what makes your warranty valid, and it means every coating goes on to Prizm's standard.
It's not usually stone chips. It's bird droppings, tree sap, the Adelaide sun and every wash after that. Small damage, over and over, until the paint looks tired.

No coating makes paint scratch-proof. It stops a lot of wash marks and protects against sun, sap and bird droppings, but it won't stop a key scratch or a stone chip.
As early as you can. A newer car needs less polishing, so the paint under the coating is in the best shape.
Don't drive it for 24 hours so the coating can bond, and keep it completely dry for the first 48 hours, so no driving in the rain. It keeps curing for 7 days, so don't wash it with soap or chemicals that first week. If it does get wet, gently dry it with a clean microfibre towel.
