What we collect

When you ask for a price, we collect the details you give us: your name, mobile number, postcode, the service you're after, your car's size and anything else you tell us. If you call, text or email us, we keep a record of that conversation.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about your enquiry, give you a quote, book and carry out your job, and follow up on it, including any coating warranty service. We don't sell your information, rent it out or use it to send you unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Only us, and the software we use to run the business, such as our customer management and text messaging tools. Those providers only use it to deliver their service to us. We'll only share it with anyone else if the law requires it.

How we keep it safe

Your details are stored in secure, password-protected systems. We only keep them for as long as we need them for your enquiry, your job and our business records.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Just get in touch using the details below. If you'd rather we stopped contacting you, reply STOP to any text or tell us and we'll stop.
